I’ll give you a hint. It was a common food in Europe, especially Germany and Switzerland, but my guess is you’ve never eaten it.

I’m assuming you mean species, not body part.

I’m gonna go with wild boar on this one.

I do believe that is a piggy tail on the left of the platter.

And I have eaten it. Nom nom nom.

Oh – and H, Rosswurst is a German horsemeat sausage and my very German grandmother (you know, the one who killed chickens with a bullwhip) said he mother sometimes made saurbraten with horse.
