Tail docking of neonates isn’t such a bad thing. Docking three week-olds is a bit much.

This procedure was done at a home in Venezuela.

3 weeks???? I am going to puke. And Hugo isn’t going to listen to anything we hated Yankees say, not as long as we’re buying his oil.

  If you look at Video 1 of the docking procedure, you will see that the owners are docking 3-week-old pariah-type dogs.
  
  And they are doing it for vanity reasons.
