Well, he may have been out there, but now he’s in prison.
He had one crazy theory too many and decided that he could make himself free of having to pay any form of taxation. Unfortunately for him, the legal system doesn’t buy these half-baked theories, and he’s in for a long time.
If you want to get an idea of how off he really is, check out any video of his on youtube. There are plenty that refute him. That’s because he says a lot of easily refuted things.
