  I’ve read the report. I found it interesting that the UK has a law that anyone who has five or more litters per year must be licensed by their local council. My biggest problem with the report, and I have the same problem with some of the ‘puppy lemon’ laws, is that it places no responsibility on the puppy buyer at all to try to find a healthy puppy. I also disagree with the vets in the report as to their comment that they don’t know why people keeping buying the same kind of dog over and over again, when their dogs keep turning out to have problems. I can tell you why: those people want that particular breed, they like it, and they keep getting new ones in the hope that ‘this puppy’ will be okay. People are emotional, not logical.
  
  PDE is going to run on BBC America so I will finally get to see it. I’m on satellite internet and have limited downloads so I stay away from video.
