   Like Christopher, I noticed the white blaze. I also remember reading here that baby rabbits have a white blaze, so these must be rare hybrids between rabbits and some type of dog, right?

   BTW Chris, nice new gravatar !!! Maybe I should get myself a gravatar?

   Anyone want to comment on what photo they think I should use for my Gravatar?

   My guess is Saluki puppies. They are too light in colour to be Toller pups, even buff puppies are a different colour than these pups. The interesting thing I see is their fully black noses. Tollers are born with pink noses and the pigment for black or flesh colouring settles latter.

     Saluki puppies with light faces typically are not born with dark pigmented noses. They start to pigment in a couple of days. These pups are young but not fresh from the oven.

   My Guess…..I’m going to stretch for Vizsla. Possibly a wire haired or Long haired variant???? Looking at puffs of hair between the toes and slightly wavy hair on the tulip ears????

    Tollers would be my first glance guess too, but that makes me think of home-made chocolate chip cookies, still warm.

    There are 10 puppies in this litter, which makes me thing “Big Dogs” and the color makes me think Leonburger, but the puppies don’t have black faces.

    But a few of the puppies have domed heads, which makes me think “smallish dogs”. With that color Cockers?

    But the almost hidden puppy on the left in the middle looks very sabled. And the puppy being held looks very hairy for a young puppy.

    Most puppies look alike. This is one of those topics which I think about from time to time: Why did most puppies use to all look alike to an advanced age of puppyhood, but then I started to noticed some puppies, who started to develop adult features at a young age?

    It is like that yahoo feature from about a week ago, where a father photogrraphed his daughter from birth to 7 or 10 years old (I forget exactly), and then he make a video, flipping through the photos like morphing her from birth to now.

    At what age does a baby loose the baby look, at what age does a toddler loose the toddler look? What would it mean if a baby lost the baby look and was born looking like a little adult?

    Why did that one show breeder tell me that she was breeding to get puppies that got typy young? Yeah, if you show dogs when they are puppies, you might want them to be typy young, but what is the long term effect on the breed?

    Did I read that the AKC is considering letting 4 month old dogs show? What side effects will that have?

    Most breeds look alike as puppies, and I am glad these puppies look like puppies, and I would worry a bit if they looked just like the adults of their breed.
