Remember the case of OP1, the dog who befriended and guarded a group of American soldiers in Afghanistan?
Well, it turns out that OP1 has a friend. Smiley has joined up with the same soldiers and deserves to come to the United States.
As with OP1, donations are required to bring him home. One can donate at the Rescued Helpers website. Just remember to put that you are donating to bring Smiley home in the “Message” box on the donations site.
