The first JRT I’m watching this weekend is Spike.
No one told me that he would attack the water hose if you use it.
I turned it on. He yapped.
And charged into it.
He’s wanting me to turn it on again.

He’s Cammie and Rhodie’s half brother. It was not known that he was of this particular coat. It just sort of developed.
Sammie always want to drink out of the hose–he likes his water fresh.
Are they from working lines or AKC? Would you call the non-akc working ones a landrace?
I think a land race has to have linkage disequilibrium decayed, which is what happens over time. So JRT’s would not qualify.They are still a breed, AKC or no. I’m not sure about this, though. Where is Peggy?
These dogs are all derived from farm and hunt terriers that aren’t necessarily JRTCA Jack Russells or Parson Russell terriers.
