Years ago there was a tale going round about 3 abandoned puppies which ended up in a shelter. They were no beauties. Indeed they were ugly, unwanted and unloved, and the shelter staff, casting about for suitable names, eventually christened them “Ian” and “Duncan” and “Smith”….
Hasn`t changed much , has he?

Poor puppies being named after IDS. Even his initials sound like a disease. I always imagine the posh young little Eton boys who are in charge of our country sniggering about the baldy old Sandhurst riff raff behind his back.
