     Ya the collar is a pretty good hint, I’m in total agreement that it’s a red swissy. Head looks a little too big to be an appenzeller or entlebucher.

       It’s not allowed by the standard, but they do pop up occasionally if both parents carry the correct genes.

    Miscoulored Great Swiss Montain Dog,actually in the mountains many unregistered dogs are of this coulors or even blue merle but the show clique do not accept them.

      No, not many. The colours are rare. Occasionally there are some red and some blue ones, but there’s no merle in the GSMD.

    Um, merle is blue and yes the blues can be merle it just isn’t as noticable because they are so dark as adults
